If you are having trouble with Premium Services products, below is a list of common errors that people run across but are easy to remedy:

  • If you cannot view the tracking maps or the special 30 frame loops and other Java based pages, go to Java.com and download the latest Java software for your computer. Our maps and other special tracking products are written using the very latest Java code. Updating your Java software should solve any problems you may have with our products.
  • If you cannot view our live video streams then visit the Windows Media Player page at Microsoft's web site for the latest Windows Media Player.
  • If you are having log in issues or cannot remember your log in username, remember it is your PayPal address used to sign up for our services. Note too that your message board screen name is NOT the same as your Premium Services log in username.
