- Our service has limited success on Mac platforms. We utilize Flash based Ustream for the live Tahoe cam but use Windows Media Player to broadcast the live feeds from the remote cams. If you are a Mac user and wish to sign up, please do not hesitate to contact us via the live chat or through email with any questions or suggestions on how to improve your experience.
- AOL users: you will need to use Internet Explorer or FireFox web browser and NOT the AOL web browser to access our streaming consoles and other services. If you cannot or do not wish to use Internet Explorer or FireFox, then please do not subscribe. We offer a free live streaming video feed on the homepage of HurricaneTrack.com during our missions.
- This is not entertainment. We are working for you, our members, as well as trying to serve the public and the media, as well as local emergency management agencies, by providing the best possible data and live video feeds that we can. We need the support of our subscribers to continue this work year after year. If ever you have a problem with any aspect of our Premium Services, let us know. We will do all we can to get things working on your end. The most important thing you can do ahead of time is to make sure your PC is up to date with the latest Flash, Java and Windows Media Player.
